Herbert Hall is a seasoned Investment Banking Consultant with over twenty years of experience in finance, specializing in debt refinancing, restructuring, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and off-balance sheet financing. He previously held key positions such as Head of Investment Banking for Jamaica and the Northern Caribbean in a leading investment banking firm. With a background as a Monetary Economist at the Central Bank of Jamaica, Hall has been instrumental in structuring significant capital market deals in the Caribbean region. Notable achievements include managing large equity transactions and private debt raises for various clients, including government entities and corporations.

Hall is recognized as a thought leader in finance, frequently sharing his expertise on topics such as financing for infrastructure development, regional capital markets, and funding for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). He holds degrees in Economics & Management and Finance from the University of the West Indies and the University of Leicester, respectively. Hall is the Founder & Chief Investment Banking Consultant of Ambassador Capital Partners Limited, involved in various business ventures including M.F.Foods Limited and Lions Investment N Group LLC. Additionally, he serves as a mentor for companies listed or seeking listing on the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Junior Market and volunteers on the Jamaica Business Development Corporation’s Advisory Panel Board, providing business advisory services to MSMEs.
